[Sls-rfm] possible meeting conflict on Oct 19

It is possible that our Tuesday RFM meeting will be in partial overlap 
with the plenary. I have been advocating time shifts for the plenary but 
so far I am overruled.

I trust that your Delegation can split so that those wanting to attend the 
plenary can do that.
