Please take note of this expected decision.

As far as our RFM WG is concerned, I am kindly asking you to keep the 
standard deadlines for input announcements (4 weeks before) and 
submissions (2 weeks before) based on nominal start date of May 10.
Due to concurrent activities in Europe, I may ask you to support a 
different week in May if within the secretariat window (when announced.) 
Ideally, this should happen just after input announcements deadline.

Dear CCSDS Community,
 
Regretfully, it is my responsibility to inform you that the CCSDS 
Technical, CESG, and CMC Meetings scheduled for May 2021 in Huntsville, 
Alabama and Tokyo, Japan (CMC only) have been cancelled. Due to the 
current global health climate and travel restrictions, it would not be 
feasible to host the meetings in person or fair to ask any of you to 
attend. If you have outstanding travel reservations, please cancel them as 
soon as possible. 
 
As with this last year’s meetings, Working Groups will meet remotely 
instead of in-person. The CESG will discuss potential approaches for 
remote meetings and will provide guidance to Areas and Working Groups at a 
later date. A page will be added to the CCSDS pubic website for these 
remote meetings and will provide a single source of information and 
resources.
 
The CESG and Secretariat will keep you informed of plans in the coming 
weeks. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at 
secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org.
