[Sls-rfm] Fw: CCSDS Charter Approved

Not sure I understand what was approved as we had both the GMSK+PN RNG 
green book and the PN RNG blue book under approval. Probably the BB 
project is approved (I have seen the Pink Book request to CESG) and the GB 
project is still under approval.

Anyway, this is just for info as we have done the work already (apart from 
the agency review of the pink sheets.)
