[Sls-rfm] AI_19_02: Check draft recommendation 2.6.13 with European manufacturers

Dear Enrico and WG members,

there is a long standing action on me, to check the feasibility of the 
draft rec 2.6.13 with European transponders manufacturers.
Thanks to Andrea who did the actual work, I can finally confirm that we 
don't see any problem with the recommendation.
I hope this is sufficient to close the action and move on with 2.6.13.
