no problem with Erik's suggestion. It is just an editorial in a
considering. People read the recommends and check the changes there only.

CCSDS 401.0-B-31?
I guess that Tom does NOT need your reply to start the related CMC Poll.
Therefore, considering that CMC Poll will take other two weeks, you have
some time i front to you.

RATIONALE: not all planned Category B missions
assigned frequencies have been selected such that
the past tense can be used exclusively and I
believe it also better indicates the expected practice going forward
