[Sls-rfm] Response to SOIS-WIR on CCSDS 883.0-BBv1_draft3.docx

Dear All,

after creating draft 2 with Jean-Luc's suggestions, I was convinced by 
Dennis and Wai to try and include also Wai's suggestions in the WG 
response. This required some reformatting of the document that is attached 
as draft 3.

Before concluding on this, I have kindly asked our liaison with SOIS 
(Dennis) to contact the SOIS-WR WG chair and explore with him the draft 
response before we attempt finalizing it.

I trust you do not have a problem with this.

Dennis: please send it to SOIS-WIR after accepting all rev marks that are 
there only for our WG.
