Enrico,
Added the words “and Spectra“ on slide 3
Added 9 slides in Back up that show balance between 0s and 1s for
different starting seed; polynomial with x14 and polynomial with x3.; and
a comparison of cases.
One of the things that is at the end of the back up slides and is still
there is two slides that show the effect (with a short randomizer) on the
spectra when the sampling rate is a product of the randomizer length.

Will send later today.
Just data. Nothing controversial. The WG can decide what to do with both
the ESA and NASA data and choose this, another or no change to the
randomizer.

Understood but you should send us the document a few days before the
meeting so that we can read it and discuss it internally.
Yes, we are happy about the agreement even though we still have a few
issues.
Regards, Enrico

Massimo, Enrico,
I too will have a r1 version of the NASA results for the
randomizer. I have a bunch of data we collected using several seeds, both
directions of the pattern and with and without an ASM. Most of the
additional data we have is in backup slides but needs some clean up. I am
very glad to see that much of what we have done agrees with what ESA will
be presenting. I am very happy that Roberto has gotten involved again.
This has become a very nice collaboration.

As anticipated. Changes are the addition of spectral plots plus some
explanatory explanation on how to compute them. On top of this, the second
polynomial and the new seed proposed by NASA in CS-RFM_19-01 have been
used to ease comparison.
Regards, Enrico
-Slide 11: added logic diagram for the other polynomial, too
-Results on NASA’s randomizer updated for starting seed
[11000111000111000]
-Slides 43-45 added to clarify how the peak is estimated
-Slides 51-53 with results on CCSDS and NASA randomizers added
-Conclusions updated

Subject: CCSDS RFM WG Spring 2019 meeting - final list of papers
and agenda
Dear All,
please find attached the final list of papers and agenda for the RFM WG
meeting including the joint activity with C&S and DDOR WGs.
Some agenda items have been moved to accommodate presenters' commitments.
The presentation of papers with TBC will be subject to meeting approval as
customary.
The C&S joint meeting agenda is packed and therefore we may decide to swap
DDOR with C&S issues at the meeting so as to continue as long as possible
in the evening. Please foresee your attendance for the whole afternoon
even though you may be interested only in C&S issues or only in DDOR
issues.
As anticipated, a rev1 version of SLS-RFM_19-03 including some examples of
spectral plots will be sent later today.
Regards, Enrico
