[Sls-rfm] CCSDS RFM WG input paper deadlines (Fall 2019)

Dear All,

the RFM WG Fall 2019 meeting will start on Oct 21. As such, the two 
relevant deadlines (4 weeks and 2 weeks before) are:

1) September 22 for announcing the input and requesting its reference 
number

2) October 6 for delivery of inputs


Please respect these deadlines if you want your input discussed.

Please note that we have 6 actions open that should result in input papers 
with the same deadlines as above, as indicated in the minutes of the 
Spring 2019 meeting.

Systems" is the first requested document for this meeting and will be
