DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION: Numerous concise recommendations appear in the notebook volume bearing the number 401.0-B. Each recommendation is dated, and the most recent revision is shown in the table of contents. These Recommendations are developed for conventional near-Earth and deep-space missions having moderate communications requirements. The current draft updates recommendation 2.3.7 and adds new recommendations 2.1.9 and 2.6.14. The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinator is 4 October 2019. Area Directors and WG/BOF Chairs may submit review comments directly to the CCSDS Review Coordinator. More information is available at the Web site identified below. As such, the two relevant deadlines (4 weeks and 2 weeks before) are: 1) September 22 for announcing the input and requesting its reference number 2) October 6 for delivery of inputs Please respect these deadlines if you want your input discussed.
