[Sls-rfm] CCSDS RFM WG input papers and agendas (Spring 2019)

Dear RFM WG Members,

please find attached the input papers list and the agendas for the RFM WG 
as well as for the joint RFM/C&S/DDOR WG meeting. They will be updated if 
necessary after the deadline for inputs of April 21.

Please note that the joint meeting has many documents to discuss. The 
proposal after consulation with Massimo (chair of C&S WG) is to have the 
first afternoon slot of May 7 dedicated to RFM/C&S and the second slot 
after coffee break to RFM/DDOR.

While the presentation of papers should be focused only on joint issues 
(like RIDs concerning both modulation and coding for instance or spectral 
issues) during the RFM/C&S session, it is possible to address remaining 
topics during the C&S WG meeting in the morning of May 8.
Therefore, please foresee you attendance of the C&S WG.
