[Sls-rfm] Check 2.4.18 // Re: RFM Fall 2018 Recommendations for publication (401.0-B)

Dear AD,

good catch !!

Unfortunately, this problem appears in many instances in 2.4.18 and also 
in 2.4.23 and 2.4.17A ....  and also inside some of the pictures.

 Apparently, it has been there forever and nobody noticed it (not even 
during agency review of 2.4.17A) - we only changed B-2 to B-3.

I had hoped that these many changes could be introducted editorially by 
Tom but since they are also inside the pictures, I will do the fix myself 
next week.

Enrico, 
       while preparing the Area Resolution, I noticed it says "accordance 
with CCSDS 130.0-B-3". 
I guess it shall be 131.0-B.

Dear AD, DAD and Editor, 

in light of the WG resolutions 
The WG resolved to request publication of recommendations 2.4.17A, 2.4.18, 
2.4.22A, 2.4.22B, 2.4.23,  and 3.1.7 along with a modified Glossary 
(section 5.2) in 401.0-B. 
The WG resolved to request publication of new recommendation 2.4.24 in 
401.0-B as soon as the relevant yellow book is available. 

I am pleased to submit you the 7 recommendations listed above plus the 
Glossary and the RIDs disposition. 

I trust that Gian Paolo as AD will take care of issuing the needed 
resolution(s) for management to approve.
