Dear All,

here's the above mentioned list plus the list of C&S papers to be 
discussed during the joint meeting. Also RFM paper 18-01 will be discussed 
at the joint meeting so that 6 papers will be discussed on Tuesday morning 
and 10 papers on Wednesday.
