Subject: CCSDS Spring 2018 meeting - Deadlines and planning for RFM
WG
Dear All,
the "current" technical meetings plan was posted on the web yesterday. It
shows RFM WG meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, and joint mtg with C&S on
Wednesday afternoon.
However, it turns out that there is a need to shift the C&S WG activities
toward the beginning of the week. The new schedule that will be posted in
the coming days will have:
Monday 09 April - all day C&S
Tuesday 10 April - pm joint RFM and C&S
Wednesday 11 - all day RFM
The SLS plenary will take place as per "current" schedule on Friday 13,
pm.
I trust that this should not cause too many problems for the RFM WG since
the days have remained the same and only the session topics have changed.
The joint work with DDOR will be addressed on Wednesday either am or pm
depending on the inputs received.
Please remember that the same constraints below concerning input papers
apply to our WG.
Best Regards, Enrico

Subject: CCSDS Spring 2018 meeting - Deadlines for C&S WG
Dear colleagues,
even though we still have some time before our next CCSDS meeting
(starting 9 April, in Gaithersburg), I would like to remind you of the
usual deadlines for the C&S WG:
- inputs indication (title): by Friday 09 March (4 weeks before the
meeting)
- actual inputs: by by Friday 23 March (2 weeks before the meeting)
Please also notice that the meeting schedule has been somehow modified (a
new one will be published soon) for logistic reasons. The C&S meeting
will take place on Monday 09 April, all day (we will unfortunately need to
skip the CCSDS plenary).
Best regards,
Massimo
