[Sls-rfm] Input Papers for RFM WG Spring 2017 Meeting - second batch

Dear All,

please find attached documents SLS-RFM_17-01, -03, -04 and -05. Document 
-06 was sent out already but may not have reached you due to its size. I 
will upload it to the CWE site this afternoon. Documents -02, -07 and -08 
are due tomorrow while -09 will be delivered at the end of the agency 
review period.

For the joint meeting with C&S WG, SLS-CS_17-01 and -02 will be made 
available on http://tiny.cc/4tnfky by the C&S WG chair.

The document for the joint meeting between SDLS-RFM-SEC WGs has been 
demoted to an informal presentation and will not be provided prior to the 
meeting.

Dear All,

please find attached the draft agenda and the updated document list 
amended with inclusion of papers for joint meetings. 

Please note:

1) We have a last minute request for a joint meeting between SDLS-RFM-SEC 
WGs to discuss Physical Layer Security on Monday 10H45-12H30. The meeting 
is not yet confirmed but please keep this in mind when planning your trip.

2) The agenda for the RFM WG meeting is a bit compressed. I have an 
agreement with the C&S chair to use part of the joint meeting time in case 
we need to spill over to that session.

I will keep you posted.

Please remember that inputs have to be delivered by April 21.

Here's the submitted list. 

Please remember that inputs have to be delivered by by April 21.

I noted that the huge document (and its presentation) SLS-RFM_17-06 has 
not reached some of you due to email size limitations. I tried compression 
and PDF writing but the size increased. I will make it available on a 
memory stick at the meeting.
