[Sls-rfm] Another input from SFCG (for info)

Just to close the issue, we should also add to our meeting the revised 
recommendation on 8 GHz EESS that does not preclude the use of HOMs. We 
shall not discuss it, only note it.

I will add it to the list of inputs.
