Action to be completed by SLS RFM Chairs and Secretariat (B. Oliver)

1) RFM Charter cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Charters/DispForm.aspx?ID=31 has 
been edited introducing the changes in the TWO attached snapshots. 
This caused the Charter moe to status PENDING at 
http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Charters/sls.aspx 
2) The Description of the CWE Project "Evolutions of CCSDS recommendations 
for RF & Modulation systems, part 1" at 
cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispForm.aspx?ID=126 has been edited 
(shortened) to show that The CWE Project for the Evolutions of CCSDS 
recommendations for RF & Modulation systems, part 1 will update the 
document according to the evolving issues identified in the RFM Charter. 

Could you please make sure that no CMC Poll is generated for these changes 
and of course remove RFM Charter from status pending?
