Dear Tom,

please find attached RID dispositions and updated recommendation 2.4.23 
ready for publication request. I trust that the SLS AD will take care of 
the needed resolution as soon as he is back in office.

Note that I called the recommendation "pre-blue" since I discovered that I 
only had the Word version that the RFM WG submitted to you in November and 
not the one you published as pink sheet in PDF format. However, it seems 
to me that the latter has only a different page layout.

Moreover, the changes are few and clearly highlighted and I am sure you 
can copy them over the master document.
