[Sls-rfm] draft minutes of the Fall 2015 CCSDS RFM WG meeting

Dear All,

please find attached the draft version of the above mentioned minutes. 
Note that as highlighted in yellow, a couple of dates are pending inputs 
from the responsible actionee.

Also the attendees' list is not correct since I left the signed attendance 
sheets in my office and I am in Geneva for another week. I will fix that 
when I come back from mission so do not bother commenting it.

Please forward this email to any of your colleagues you know that attended 
the meeting for the first time and may not be registered in CWE.

If I do not hear from you by November 29, I will assume your concurrence 
with the minutes.
