[SLS-OPT] OPT WG action item and face-to-face agenda

I sent out Teams invitations for the face-to-face meetings. The meetings 
will start at 8:45am on Tuesday and Wednesday.

For the face-to-face meting I request that each agency come prepared to 
state their position on the proposal for a tighter phase noise mask than 
the OpenZR+ mask. That is, which of the three masks shown shown in 
Lucien's presentation at today's meeting would you like to see adopted 
into the CCSDS standard? Lucien said he would place his presentation in 
today's CWE meeting folder, at
