[SLS-OPT] Final 142 book review: due 2026-01-29

Sorry for the confusion. I had the wrong subject on the message I just sent out. This one relates to the 142 (coding) book. We are reviewing 141 (due 2026-01-27) and 142 (due 2026-01-29).

Attached is the 142 book ready for publication. It was produced by Lee Stablein. We now have an opportunity to make any final clerical checks to assure that it is exactly as we intended. Please review the PDF version, as that will be what appears on the web site. If you see anything amiss, make a note of it in the Word version, with change tracking on, and send to me and Clemens. I will merge the feedback, if any.

As discussed, we will allow two weeks for this process. Please complete your feedback by end of day, January 29. If I don't hear from you, I will assume your consent to publish.
