[SLS-OPT] Final 141 book review: due 2026-01-27

Attached is the 141 book ready for publication. It was produced by Natalya Stepanova. We now have an opportunity to make any final clerical checks to assure that it is exactly as we intended. Please review the PDF version, as that will be what appears on the web site. If you see anything amiss, make a note of it in the Word version, with change tracking on, and send to me and Clemens. I will merge the feedback, if any.

As discussed, we will allow two weeks for this process. Please complete your feedback by end of day, January 27. If I don't hear from you, I will assume your consent to publish.
