[SLS-OPT] OPT agenda

I have posted the agenda for our meeting in Hamburg:

I know some of you have time constraints on days or times you are able 
to present. Please let me know so that I can adjust the agenda if necessary.

As we discussed in June, there is a desire for all of us to hear 
presentations about the wonderful activities in optical communications 
that our space agencies are engaged in, as we had been in the habit of 
doing in earlier meetings. I would like to remind you that we have 
reserved a space for each agency to give a presentation on a topic of 
their choice. I hope each agency is able to participate in this.

I look forward to seeing you in Hamburg! For those that can't be there 
in person, stay tuned for a virtual meeting invitation.
