[SLS-OPT] 10/10 CCSDS Optical WG teleconference canceled

I regret to inform you that we will need to cancel our October 10 
teleconference. Clemens and I will both be unavailable. During the U.S. 
government shutdown, we have been directed to stop work on the standards 
effort. Once things settle out, I will follow up with more information.
