As discussed at our meeting today, here is the draft agenda for the June 
meeting at JHU/APL. Let Clemens and me know if you suggest any

      o Wavelength plan update and discussion (ESA)
      o Time series – review of access approach (DLR)
      o Rateless codes (A. Rajanna)
      o LDPC comparison studies (Y. Hashimoto)
  * Wednesday morning
      o Red Book organization
          + Book(s) split by layer or by topic?
          + Outline definition
      o PNT and frame definition. Exchange of time stamps (J. Poliak)
      o Code rates and interleavers (G. Artaud – remote)
      o Interleavers (D. Divsalar / J. Downey)
  * Wednesday afternoon – joint SLP/C&S/OPT
      o Octet streaming (J. Hamkins)
  * Thursday morning
      o Part 2 discussion of Wednesday topics
      o Consensus discussions
  * Thursday afternoon
      o Jon and Clemens prepare report for plenary
