[SLS-OPT] Update: Fall 2022 CCSDS meeting

Dear SLS-OPT Working Group members,

Based upon input received from the agencies participating in CCSDS, the CCSDS management team has determined that the Fall 2022 CCSDS Technical Meeting will be a face-to-face meeting in Toulouse, France October 17-21, 2022. The meeting location is expected to be a hotel in downtown Toulouse, and the exact details will be forthcoming.
