[SLS-OPT] Meeting location: CCSDS Fall 2022 meeting

Dear SLS-OPT team,

Below is the information regarding the meeting location for the upcoming face-to-face CCSDS meeting in Toulouse, France. The SLS-OPT Working Group currently plans to meet Monday afternoon (Oct 17) - Wednesday afternoon (Oct 19).

The meeting location is the Mercure Hotel Centre Compans plus an extension if necessary at the nearby Novotel hotel.
