JAXA's draft Orange Book titled "Reed-Solomon Production Code for Optical Communication" has been uploaded to the SLS-OPT website for review. The document is in the "Draft Documents" folder in a subfolder called "Orange Book_Optical Comm Reed Solomon Production code." The filename is "RS-PC Orange_Book_draft_0914_JAXASONY."

Please review and provide comments to Tomohiro Araki (araki.tomohiro at jaxa.jp<mailto:araki.tomohiro at jaxa.jp>) prior to the next SLS-OPT meeting on October 12, 2021.
