[SLS-OPT] CCSDS Optical Comm Working Group Meeting

I have just uploaded the power point file with the general block diagram.
Compared to the diagram I presented during the telecom, I added few slides with an updated version of the diagram and also an attempt of single diagram for the 3 configurations.
