[SLS-OPT] New version of optical ranging Pink Sheets

Dear Marc,
        as you are talking about Pink Sheets, you should rater distribute 
a version with revision marks to allow easier review of the proposed 
changes (specially those outside the added Chapter 5).

Dear SLS-OPT members,
 
Please find attached a new version of the optical ranging Pink Sheets for 
your review (see Chapter 5). They provide several updates with respect to 
our previous proposal, as well as modifications to the table of managed 
parameters and a new PICS requirement list for optical ranging. I will 
also post the same document in the CWE folder for the 9/15/2020 online 
meeting.
 
Any comments/feedback on our next teleconference would be much 
appreciated.
