[SLS-OPT] RID template

As discussed at today's meeting, I put a RID template in CWE in today's 
folder. It is actually a RID from Zoran that is a good example of the 
FROM / TO format.

The latest version of the Pink Sheets is also contained in the same 
folder; please form the RIDs with respect to this version.
