[SLS-OPT] REMINDER: comments to CCSDS Green Book due

Dear SLS-OPT Working Group members,

We have not yet received any comments on the latest draft CCCSD Green Book, "Atmospheric Characterization for Optical Communication Systems." We encourage everyone in the working group to review the new draft book and submit comments prior to our next working group meeting on Tuesday, February 16.
