[SLS-OPT] Final reminder: Weather and Atmospheric Green Book ready for review

A final reminder: At our last meeting on December 16, we decided that comments regarding the draft Weather and Atmospheric Characterization Green Book would be due no later than January 16, 2016, instead of the original January 8 due date. Please follow the instructions in the email below (with the exception of the due date) to submit your comments.

Comments to this draft are due to the Green Book team no later than January 8, 2015. Please use the following procedure to submit comments on the draft Green Book:

1.      Save the document to your computer, renaming the file to include your initials (for example, Weather and Atmospheric Characterization GB_20141118_LB.doc)

2.      Use MSWord's "track changes" feature to record any suggested changes to the text, and insert comment statements to indicate questions or comments

3.      Email the file with your comments to Lena (braatz_lena at bah.com<mailto:braatz_lena at bah.com>), Yoshi (takayama at nict.go.jp<mailto:takayama at nict.go.jp>), Dimitar (dkolev at nict.go.jp<mailto:dkolev at nict.go.jp>), and Randy (randall.alliss at ngc.com<mailto:randall.alliss at ngc.com>) by January 8, 2015.

The Green Book team will consider all comments and distribute an updated version of the document by March 9, 2015. Thank you very much for your assistance.
