[SLS-OPT] High Data Throughput White Books

Dear Lena,
        just one remark about Coding Book section 3 named "DATA LINK LAYER
".
It is my understand that it was agreed to include in this book only the 
Coding Sublayer of the Data Link layer.
Moreover, also for correct insertion within the general CCSDS structure 
with respect to other standards, the input to be considered at the sending 
 end are CCSDS Frames.
