[SLS-OPT] Agenda for April 17 VITS

2.      Terminology (input K. Koudielka, Bryan Robinson, Andrew Fletcher, Jon Hamkins)

3.      Low Complexity Definition (input NASA)

4.      Next steps

5.      agenda for next VITS
