[Sls-ngu] DRAFT NGU Green Book Available now on CWE

Dear SLS-NGU,

The draft NGU WG Green book is available for comment now on the CWE under the following URL:

It contains material discussed at the NGU meetings. The intent of this Green Book is to capture the relevant information we have gathered on the subject of next generation uplink and provide it as an informational report i.e., Green book to CCSDS member agencies per the NGU charter.

Please respond to the WG with any comments before the meeting in Berlin planned for May 16, 2011.
