        it may better do download the Green Book template at 
http://cwe.ccsds.org/cesg/docs/Document_Templates and eventually populate 
it.
This will also give you the possibility of including comments about the 
envisaged contents in addition to section titles.

Attached as well as inserted into this email is the proposed outline for 
the draft NGU Greenbook for your comment:

Draft Next Generation Uplink Green Book Outline
 
1.     Scope and Overview
2.     Why is it needed ?
3.     Overview of Techniques that enhance the current Uplink 
a.     Channel Coding
b.     Data Compression
4.     Application Profiles (spreadsheet and description)
5.     Annex A ? Multiple Spacecraft per Aperture (MSPA) Uplink 

The plan is to produce this draft GB before the May 2011 Spring CCSDS 
meeting and discuss the content at the meeting.
