[Sls-ngu] Performance Report on Myraid Satellites using CC(7, 1/2) code on the uplink

CNES has produced a performance report on their Myraid Satellites which uses the CCSDS Convolutional (7,1/2) code on the uplink.
This report is just now available on the CWE under:
