Per the Chair's request, the old Mailing List 
(sls-hru at mailman.ccsds.org) was misnamed and has been retired.  All 
members have been automatically migrated to the new Mailing List 
sls-ngu at mailman.ccsds.org.  Please use this mailing list going forward 
for all Next Generation Uplink WG discussions.
