[Sls-mhdc] Advances on CCSDS 124

Dear working group,

I hope this email finds you all well.

During the past few months, we have been making some advances on 124. Now
that the Fall 2020 meeting is approaching, we think it is a good point to
share these advances with the group.

I have added a subfolder "advances124_spring_to_fall_2020

to the 124.0-B folder of the private CWE. There you can find the latest
drafts, as well as a few reports documenting these advances. If you are
interested, I think they could be a good starting point for discussion
during the next meeting.
