[Sls-mhdc] Spring 2018 Meeting Summary

I’ve updated the meeting summary to fix some mistakes in the cross-references, and added a sentence to section 1.2 to acknowledge the White Book edits received by Ian, Brenton, and Mark arising from the cross-verification effort.  My apologies for this omission in the previous draft.
