[Sls-mhdc] Schedule for Spring 2017 meeting

Dear Working Group,

I have checked with CCSDS administration to confirm the WG meeting schedule for the Spring meeting this May. The SLS-MHDC WG is scheduled to meet:
  - All day (08:45-17:30) Tuesday May 9
  - All day (08:45-17:30) Wednesday May 10
  - Half day (08:45-12:30) Thursday May 11
