[Sls-mhdc] [MHDC-A-1604-8] Entropy coder's hardware complexity reports

Dear all,

I have uploaded the reports on the implementation complexity of two of  
the proposed entropy coders: the thresholded coder and the FLEX coder.

You can find them in the CWE:

CWE Private > 123.1-B > Entropy Coders Comparison > Hardware complexity

The main similarities: no need for external memory; no significant  
restrictions in the image size. Implementation is feasible in the  
Virtex5 FX130.

The main differences: amount of resources used, throughput (input  
performance) and maximum frequencies.
