[Sls-mhdc] Fall 2017 meeting constraints

Dear Working Group,

CCSDS management has asked about schedule constraints (e.g., conflicts with major conferences, etc.) that might affect the dates selected for the Fall 2017 CCSDS technical meetings.

(Please note that “2017” is not a typo — we’re looking more than a year ahead.)

If you have any input that I should share with CCSDS management, please send me a note.
