Dear all,

Please find in the CWE/.../120.3-G-SpecTransform_GB folder a copy of the
outline of the 120.3 draft green book.

Next step is "MHDC-A-1604-4 (b) review skeleton GB, suggest changes,
volunteer to write sections", now due by July 24. Annexes A, B, D, H, and I
are very low hanging fruit for the "volunteer to write sections" part of
the action item.
