[Sls-mhdc] comments on draft CCSDS-122.1-B

Dear all,

as per action item MHDC-A-1604-2, I have uploaded in the CWE folder for the next meeting my comments to draft CCSDS-122.1-B (see file proposed_standard_20160414_diff_EM). I have indeed found 5 typos; this was the threshold chosen during the meeting to distinguished the good reviewers, so please count me in among the good guys.
