[Sls-mhdc] Meeting Summary -- please revise

I have uploaded an updated version of the meeting summary:
	CWE Private / Meeting Materials / 2015-Mar / MHDC-MeetingSummary_2015Mar-2015Apr13.docx

This one includes a new section 3.1 (thanks to Lucana).

I’ll plan on accepting the current changes and uploading a final version late Thursday unless I receive further edits.
