[Sls-mhdc] Meeting Summary -- please revise

Dear Working Group,

I have uploaded a draft meeting summary to the CWE at:
	CWE Private / Meeting Materials / 2015-Mar / MHDC-MeetingSummary_2015Mar-2015Apr2.doc

I have asked for subsections to be written by those of you who led the discussion on certain topics.

For the remaining sections, everyone please read and suggest changes.  Please use “track changes” to make it easier for me to consolidate the inputs.
