I have made an update to the 124 blue book (Annex D).

It proposes a way to handle multiple bit streams being compressed into a single file (as discussed at the last meeting),

Sorry it was so late. It is only one page long so hopefully we can review it at the technical meeting next week.

Dear Working Group,

I have uploaded to the CWE an updated draft (version 10) of the Red Book for CCSDS-123.0-B-3: SLS-MHDC / CWE Private / 123.0-B-3 /  123x0b3_red_v10_2026May22.docx

My starting point was to accept changes from version 9 to make the new changes clearer. So, if you haven't checked the changes in version 9, you might want to first start from that version (located in the same folder).
