Indeed, I did mean to say Thu May 28.
Let's plan on a SAR teleconference sometime during May 18-22 (details TBD).
Then on Thursday May 28:
AM:
recap of SAR status and any action items defined at the previous week's meeting
PM:
Issue 3 of 123B
Action item wrap-up
Dave Evans, do you want to present your proposal for Issue 2 revision of 124B in AM or PM?
Let me know if this schedule works.
Thanks,
Aaron

Subject: [EXTERNAL] AW: Spring 2026 SLS-DC working group meeting schedule
Dear Aaron, dear colleagues,
For the second year in a row, the Spring CCSDS meeting is being scheduled during the Pentecost school holidays in Germany (Bavaria), which this year will take place during the last week of May and the first week of June. Unfortunately, I will be on leave during those two weeks and will not be able to attend the Spring Meeting.
Would it possibly be feasible to anticipate the discussion on SAR data compression to the preceding week (May 18-22)?
I am also aware that other colleagues from DLR involved in other CCSDS working groups will encounter the same issue, and many may find it difficult to attend the meeting. It would therefore be greatly appreciated if this aspect could be taken into consideration when scheduling future Spring meetings, if feasible.
Thank you in advance, and I apologize for any organizational inconvenience this may cause.
Best regards,
Michele

Dear group,
I'm not sure whether you meant Tue May 26 or Thu May 28. Either of those would work for me, but I will likely have to join late due to classes. Monday that week (May 25) I would be able to join for the full meeting(s). Either way I'll do my best to adapt to the group's schedule.
Kind regards,

Miguel Hernández-Cabronero

Dear Working Group,
Hopefully you all received the email announcing that the next meeting is the week of May 25-29 in Puerto Rico.
I'd like to propose that we meet on Thursday May 26. We can discuss SAR in the morning and then in the afternoon, 123B3 and other topics. Or vice-versa.
Please let me know if this works for you, and if not, please suggest an alternative. (Note that Fri May 29 will be the day of management meetings, so that day isn't really an option for us.)
Thanks,
Aaron
