In view of the upcoming CCSDS Meeting, and following your recent email (below), at the last Fall Meeting we agreed on the following Action involving DLR

DC-B-2024-6
Rewrite Section 2 to describe generalized adaptive bitrate BAQ algorithm.

In the attached document you can find a revised and generalized version of the description of ADC and BAQ based on the writeup we had already prepared for the last Fall Meeting. We also included a performance assessment based on synthetic data, which may be material for the Green (?) Book. My suggestion would then be to integrate it in the White Book Word document once we get feedback and corrections from the WG. I hope it is fine for you.

Of course, please feel free to distribute the document within the WG, and should you have any comments please just let me know.
